Three or four presentations and discussions will be organized around specific topics that surfaced during the consultations in the fall of 2017. You can consult the link https://ecovision2025.wordpress.com/documents/ for information on topics that were raised in the fall of 2017 during consultations and public meetings.
EcoVision2025 (https://ecovision2025.wordpress.com) will address priorities around ensuring a healthy environment that can support economic development, a high quality or life, and vibrant communities, all within the reality of a changing climate. The purpose of EcoVision2025 is to identify practical actions for all sectors within the region of Shediac, Cap-Pelé, and the Rural Community of Beaubassin-est to reduce negative environmental impacts, and to improve or maintain a healthy environment. It will outline short, medium, and long-term actions, prioritize those actions, and assign lead agencies and/or organizations.
